Jonathan and Keisha were a joy to work with. Our situation was complicated by the fact that I live in Georgia and the property was being sold in Washington, DC. Additionally there were some family issues which were potentially quite explosive. Jonathan and Keisha used the finest knowledge, tact and professionalism to diffuse the situation. They were dependable in their communication with me at all times, and were particularly kind and understanding in their relationship with my elderly mother.
They went above and beyond the call of duty by rolling up their sleeves to do landscaping, chopping down unsightly trees and shrubs, as well as cleaning the house which was overridden with dust, trash and debris. As a result of their effort and guidance, we were able to secure our asking price in the current real estate climate, within a week after the house was place on the market.
Words and time would fail me to adequately describe my respect and confidence in this team. However, let me summarize by saying that RE/MAX is truly blessed to have this remarkable team of young African Americans who represent the best of the Re/Max family.

I wanted to take this time to tell you how much I appreciate everything you have done. I am too excited about going to settlement tomorrow. Although you've been my agent for only 2 1/2 months, it's taken me a long 7 months to finally get a ratified contract. I had doubts that it would ever happen when I was dealing with my previous agent, but you gave me renewed confidence that it would happen and IT DID.
I know I probably wasn't the easiest to deal with and was pretty much rooted in what I wanted for a house, but you were always there smiling anyway and saying "let's go find your house co-pilot."
